<br />she is back. perhaps i should say "new and improved", but one something cannot be new <i>and</i> improved, must be one or the other, two, i am not new, i did not pop out of somewhere unknown this evening, three, i am not improved, to the best of my knowledge, still aub. therefore, i am just <b>back</b> for lack of a better word.

<br />speaking of backs, i seemed to have pulled a muscle in my back which is causing immense pain to me today. i told myself to take it easy while working out today, and not go full on like yesterday, but once again, i didn't pay attention to me. that was a poorly writen sentence, oh well.
